Yoga V.12 workshops are a great way for alcohol and drug rehabilitation facilities to expand their offerings and explore a unique approach to treatment.
Yoga studios can work with us to specifically target the sober community.
Yoga V.12 founder Deborah Urso will bring a uniquely-focused program to your clients. Her cross-discipline experience includes extensive work with rehabilitation centers and prisons,* lifelong dedication to physical fitness training, a rigorous daily yoga teaching schedule and strong associations in the yoga community.
The programs are based on the intimate stitching-together of yoga and recovery principles, reinforced by the benefits of strenuous exercise. Deb and Sharon have proven that yoga helps people in recovery get better. They are committed to sharing their practice with the thousands of recovering people who are looking for a new approach to physical, emotional and spiritual health.
