Yoga v.12 will practice on the playa of Banderas Bay in conjunction with the Sobriety Under the Sun English-speaking Alcoholics Anonymous convention.
The program will include intensive practice and discussion, with Yoga v.12′s Deborah Urso.
Puerto Vallarta is a rugged and colorful destination cut into the sharp angles of the dramatic Sierra Madre mountains on one side, and sloping into the pristine waters of Banderas Bay and the Pacific Ocean on the other. The city offers historic architecture and lots of friendly people, and its weather is as close to perfect as it gets this time of the year. “Retreat Puerto Vallarta!” will take place January 16-22, 2012, and overlap with the annual “Sobriety Under the Sun” AA convention, which is January 20-22 at the same hotel. Registration and check-in for “Retreat Puerto Vallarta!” will begin on Monday, January 16. We’ll have an early-bird open AA meeting at the hotel that evening.
